What is the minimum order quantity?

We're flexible. Whether you need 1,000 labels or 1,000,000, we manufacture everything in-house so we can accommodate most requirements. Tell us what you need and we'll make it work.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Absolutely. We encourage it. We'll send you a sample Smart Label so you can scan it, test it, and see the verification in action before committing to anything. Just ask.

Does the customer need an app to verify?

No. That's one of the key advantages. The demetallised 2FA QR code opens verification straight in the phone's browser. The digital watermark is then detected and redirects the user to the brand's own authentication page. No download, no account, no friction.

How long does production take?

Turnaround depends on the specification and quantity, but we manufacture everything in-house in Barnsley so there are no middlemen slowing things down. Standard orders typically ship within days. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll give you an exact timeline.

Do you only do security labels?

No. While the Smart Label is our flagship technology, we also produce plain labels, A4 sheet labels, demetallised labels without the security code, and offer lamination services and raw material supply to the trade. We've been in printing for over 35 years — if it's a label, we can do it.
